Need email for maderitescripts

Does someone have an email for maderitescripts?

I do not see a contact form on his site.

In regards to http://ptctalk.org/index.php/topic,1495.0.html he has been issued a ticket from his hosting provider. He was asked to contact me and has not don't so yet.

So is someone has a way of reaching him I sure would like to here his response to using pieces of my design.
