another user is using your IP address

in my months of clicking at neobux, and after my first cashout there but not able to post a screen shot of my cashout, they now tell me that another user is using my IP address? did they intend that bec i haven't posted my screenshot yet? or just a coincidence? :(

it happened sometimes..like me when i registered on neobux, they couldnt accept me because it should be one IP per household. i understand because im using broadband and i think this broadband is 1000 users per ip.

In my country Singapore, most of the people are using SingNet internet service provider (I'm one of the user).

Whenever i reset my modem, my connection will reassign a new IP. Example: previous IP is 202.112.113.114 and after reset it will assign 202.115.116.117.

Which mean 202.112.113.114 will be use by other user and now what IP i'm using is also used by other users, so i had lot of hard time on this too.

Overall, i have the most banned within a month @ olebux (5 Time Banned). LOL
