What steps can be taken against a member if..................

1) He/she becomes inactive in my site although I'm active in his/her ?

2) Don't join my site even after I join his/her according to the deal between us, & then doesn't reply to my PMs ?

You can PM a staff member with the details and if they are found to be abusing members they'll be banned.
