Yes of course there is an activity requirement, 5+ like all the other contests. Otherwise they're useless really.

I'm pretty sure it will be calculated after the contest ends. (there is no such leaderboard that filters by activity so...)

yeah, how can he found more than 200 referral in a few day  but i see no one his referral active or for just make one post, his referral no post anything here ! i think

I checked, all his refs come from the same xxx.xxx.xx IP range.
