Do it right or don't do it at all!!

Like others have said, do plenty of searching both here and on Google and other forums, blogs, sites any information you can find. Choose which script/software is best for your application, may even want a custom site/script made for your application. Make sure you plan your earnings, advertising and purchases properly a sustainable earning ratio is key to success and where a lot of would-be good sites, fail. Make sure to check your local laws on income tax or any other information/paperwork you may need in order for you to legally operate a marketing site and accept payments online.

Really though, do it right or not at all. Only doing it "half-way" or copping out to the cheaper methods and you're destine for failure. Plus authorities are catching on to the "Paid To" Scam sites, so a few of the wrong mistakes and you could end up with a criminal record.
